and Working Dog Handler Rob Hawkins.
Rob has over 25 years of experience in military, law
enforcement, and private security industry canine services.
His years of experience and knowledge include:
1979-1982
United States Army (Attended following courses) Military
Police School/Basic Military Training Ft. McClellan, Patrol
/Narcotic Dog Handler/Trainer School Lack land AFB, Joint Area
Coordination Course (Republic of Panama) Spanish Language
Course. Numerous special weapons combat, self-defense, riot
training and canine utilization and training courses both
domestic and international.
1983-1985
Universal City Police Department. Police Patrol Officer.
Completion of Basic Peace Officer (320 hour) Certification
Course. Completion of Degree in Criminal Justice.
1984-1994
Centex Security Canine Services. Owner/Manager Providing
security guards, guard dogs, man dog teams,
narcotics/explosive detection dogs, patrol dogs, personal
protection dogs, private investigations, to private persons,
business, police departments, and government entities both
foreign and domestic. Responsible for day-to-day operation of
100 employees. Attended canine training seminars in Holland,
Germany, United States.
1985-1991
San Antonio Police Department. Completion of SAPD Academy
(6-month duration). President of Academy Class. Intermediate
Peace Officer Certification. Continual training courses:
firearms, crowd control, search and seizure, crisis
intervention, pursuit driving, self-defense, traffic accident
investigation, Code of Criminal Procedure, criminal
investigation. Conducted numerous explosive searches for
dignitaries and heads of state. Conducted numerous narcotics
sweeps for DEA, Federal Marshal’s Narcotics Task Force.
1992-1993
Bexar County Sheriffs Department. Narcotics interdiction
officer/canine handler. Completion of advanced Peace Officer
certification. Explosive searches for bomb threats and
dignitary protection.
1994-Present
Worldwide Canine Inc. Management of Canine Company.
Providing working dogs for private, business, and government
entities both foreign and domestic. Implementation of over 500
working dog/handler teams throughout the world. Conducting
explosive/narcotic sweeps for schools, business, and
dignitaries.

Matt has 10 Years of
experience in military, law enforcement, and canine training
and handling. His experience includes:

include: Military Working Dog Handler Course, US Air Force

Numerous special weapons qualification and certification,
Texas Dept of Public Safety NCIC/TCIC Policy and Procedure for
Peace Officers, South Dakota Law Enforcement Terminal
and NCIC Terminal operator course, Basic Combat Convoy Course.

Jiri "George" Hales
George is a highly experienced, certified Czech Police dog
Trainer. He also is a former Czech Police Dog handler and has
recently completed his civilian certification for Master dog
trainer. He is highly active in dog sport, is a certified
decoy for ZVV, IPO, and Schutzund, and frequently travels to
Germany, Greece, and Holland to decoy for championship trials.
