Cancellation Policy
This agreement may be canceled for full refund
within 5 business days from the date of the signing the
contract. On expiration of this period the application fee
of $100.00 is non-refundable. The course deposit is also
non-refundable unless cancellation is due to
family/medical/department emergency.
**Documentation will need to be provided prior to release of
deposit.
Refund Policy
1st week withdrawal - Refund of all course
tuition less $450.00 and initial application fee of $100.00.
Withdrawal from the course during the 1st half of course
instruction - Worldwide will retain a pro-rated part of
course tuition for the training completed and 10% of the
unexpended tuition for the remainder of uncompleted
training. Refund calculation is based on students last day
of course attendance.
Program withdrawal after completion of 50% of the course
shall result in Worldwide retaining 100% of course tuition.
Any refunds due will be paid within 30 days after student's
last day of attendance providing prior written notice of
cancellation is provided.
Admission Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Clean criminal history
Good sound physical condition
Good attitude and employment history
Student Conduct
All students are required to conduct of
themselves in a proper and professional adult manner.
Horseplay, racial slurs, alcohol/drug abuse, tardiness,
unauthorized leave, vandalism, aggressive behavior,
excessive abuse of any animal, sexual harassment and theft
are all grounds for dismissal and/or managerial review.
Payment Agreement
Payment is due on or before the start of
the selected training course date.
If payment in full is not received prior to the start of the
course the student will not be allowed to participate until
payment in full has been received, unless other payment or
other contractual payment agreements have been made.
